How We Work

We help organisations take a disciplined approach to managing organisational risk, regulatory compliance and governance, through targeted assessments, process improvements and model reviews. Our consultants work with board members, executives and managers to examine what your concerns are and what you want to achieve.

We also work with vulnerable individuals and supporting organisations to assist people with disability to exercise their rights to make their own decisions in order to access government and other services.

We offer your organisation bespoke consultancy services, delivered in a location of your choice. We can conduct meetings in person and via videoconferences and teleconferences across a number of platforms, (e.g. zoom, Skype, Microsoft teams, FaceTime).

Our services include:

conducting assessments through interviews and discussions with stakeholders, board members, leadership teams and individuals to examine areas of assistance
undertaking direct and indirect observations
reviewing documentation, associated regulatory requirements and industry standards
conducting a gap analysis on existing systems, services and best practice
providing targeted recommendations and feedback for improvement
assisting in the implementation of recommendations - including staff education and training
conducting post-implementation reviews.
